By accessing or using One-ADN's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Description of Service

One-ADN provides a decentralized AI inference network that allows organizations to pool compute resources, access AI models, and maintain data sovereignty. Our services include the One-ADN platform, APIs, node software, and related documentation.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must register for an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Node Operators

If you operate a node on the One-ADN network, you agree to maintain minimum uptime requirements, provide accurate hardware specifications, and comply with our network protocols. Token rewards are subject to network participation and performance metrics.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe upon intellectual property rights
Transmit malicious code or interfere with network operations
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
Generate content that is harmful, illegal, or violates third-party rights

6. Intellectual Property

The One-ADN platform, including all software, documentation, and content, is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data and any content you create using our services.

7. Token System

One-ADN tokens are utility tokens used within our network. They are not securities and do not represent ownership or equity. Token value may fluctuate based on network usage and market conditions.

8. Limitation of Liability

One-ADN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. Earned tokens may be subject to forfeiture in cases of serious violations.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
